fifth day
`snow was nasty today icy as hell. way to easy to dig an edge in and bite it. Made the mistake of not refreshing my muscle memory on the uber bunny slope. went for the more advanced ( tho still beginner) and ate shit pretty hard a couple times right off the bat. rattled myself, lost confidence etc which is anathema to this sort of endeavor.
pony boy and i went back to Meadow ( the uber bunny) for a few more runs. Managed to have fun and improve on my turning tho i never really got back to where i wanted to be.
now sitting in the condo reading neil asher and being mellow with the jmac and the pony boy. peaceful random peanut gallery conversation. We decided to stay tonight and head out tomorrow morning. Will try to get in some night sledding. This looks like it may be the first time in history that we leave without bags and bags of unnecessary food. =)
