Easter was awesome. In my house we decided to make a feast halfway through the day so around 7 we sat down and had a 7 lb glazed ham, garlic mashed potatoes, barbecued chicken, rolls, corn, riceroni, edamame, white wine and challah bread - for irony I guess. Everything was made from scratch. I feel like the list is longer but unimportant. In short, it was nice to do something like that for a change that got everybody stuck in the same room together. I now know how moms feel.
