So, in contrast to one of my last entries, I enjoy working with people from the southern states. I just got off the phone from one of our parks in Dallas. The manager wasn't there, but everyone on the staff was willing to help and we worked TOGETHER, without anyone really bossing around anyone else to solve their problem.
Now it helps that I had someone there who was computer savvy to help out, but that isn't the point. The point is that this person actually thanked me for my time, and I thanked her for hers. She was willing to admit that maybe they had done something wrong (which in this case, they didn't, it was on our end), and unlike the easterners I have been working with, was willing to accept help to get the job done.
I think that this qualifies today as a good day.
