Monday I ran 3 miles in 31 minutes in the neighborhood.
Tuesday I ran 1.5 miles in 11:45 on DC's track.
Wednesday I rested.
Today I ran 3 miles in 31:22 on the treadmill. I also did 45 crunches, 45 lunges, 24 push ups and 24 curls.
