yes, those friendster-myspace-type things are pretty lame, but its REALLY lame to just friend like 2000 people on one of those things. i got one of those today, and it just makes me sad for the world.
by the way, that icon is Pacino. i think he got arrested for gun possession as a kid. he had a crazy career, so did the pumpkins.
in the cook islands (rarotonga) i was riding around in one of the those little scooters (ciao!) and my friend Sean was on the back. i took a turn to quick and hit a curb and i saw his leg go behind my back in my peripheal vision. he scrapped up his back and landed on his side. he's totally fine. these maori kids were sitting on benches across the street and were laughing so hard when it happened. i guess it was pretty funny. sorry, sean.
in raro i swam in a blue lagoon.
in raro i climbed to the top of a small mountain and say a 360 view of the island.
in raro i ate food cooked in an underground oven.
in raro i saw hip shakin and knee bendin like you've never seen.
in raro i witnessed lots of shame due to christianity's presence.
in raro i went jumping into a waterfall with a bunch of raro kids....in my boxers.
