so i cooked up some pork(its fanfreakingtastic) for quesadillas, i cook it all morning then i threw it on the grill with some secret techniques and some trouble with fire.
so its all cooked and im cutting it up, its a large roast so i am sawing and did not bother to keep watch on where my hand was and i sawed right into my finger. strangely enough not much damage.
