wow it's almost here
WOW it's been a long time since i last wrote a journal entry. I guess it's sort of a special occasion coming up so i gotta write about it. Of course everyone knows that college is coming up, but for me it's a lot more than that. I have always thought of making it to this point in my life, and i know my parents feel the same way. It is the oppurtunity for me to be away from everyone and to be on my own for awhile. Everything that my parents have taught me finally comes down to this. I remember back in the day when everyone at my elementary class wanted to go to UofM or MSU, but the irony is that only like 5 kids ended up going to either school. Coincidently all were very close friends of andy and me. I think back to everyone I ever met in school including teachers with their great advice to friends just being there when you were down. I think about girls i met, and the change from introvert to the vast new realm of extrovertedness. I think i have learned a lot in my 19 and a half years, but i feel i have so much more to learn. I still have a dream to become a doctor, but at the moment, i'll leave it at that, college is about fun and friends as much as it's about learning. I can't wait, and i hope to keep in touch with everyone i knew and loved.
