Well, this has got to be the biggest weekend of my life. Prom, track meet, work, and homework, all mixed into one little weekend, and with the thought of AP tests, and the thought of my grandpa, it's not easy for me at all. I have spent every other day with my grandma for over a month now, since my grandpa died. I can't believe it's already a month now. On friday, i had to pick up my tux, and take money out the bank. I went to track practice, then went home to relax and do any homework that i wanted to start. On saturday i had a track meet in Hemlock, and we had to be at school at 8:15. I got to Hemlock and waited until my event, the semifinals for the 110m hurdles. There were 2 heats. I got 2nd in my heat, and should've gotten first. I met a couple girls there from other schools that i knew from work or earlier years in track. I waited a couple hours later for the finals in the hurdles, and i took 4th to earn a medal, and earn points for our school. I was going to wait for the 300m hurdles, but i wouldn't have made it back in time for the preparations in prom, so i left early. I should have stayed because i would have taken 1st place, but i didn't. I went to my date's house and we went to a friends for pictures. The group of myself and my date, andy and his date, charles and his date, and Nathan and his date, all went to Hervbert and Hoppes, (sp?) in Bay City. It was great. Mike Macfadden ate the "butcher's challenge" of 40oz of steak. it was funny. I had a Huge portion of ribs. We all left for the dance after eating. After pictures and getting our coats checked in, we danced. I wish i would have asked a more lively date to prom, considering my date didn't want to dance that much. =( well, after prom, the whole group went to nathan's date's house for some Dance Dance Revolution. I played pool and pingpong downstairs. I left around 3:30 that night. i had to work the next morning at 11 too. ahhh. so i got to work at 11 and worked for 2 hours at Shattuck Manor. Then my boss wanted me to work at the Horizons Center because it was mother's day, and they were short on workers. It was crazy, shear pandamonium. I can't believe i worked that 5 hours. It was a memory i won't forget. I got home, after getting a mother's day present for my mom, and ate a million things, considering i hadn't eaten breakfast or lunch. then i went to my grandma's, and came home to get clothes to spend the night, and now i'm here right now typing. Whew!
that's all, and i'm tired now, too tired to be described in words. i can't believe i can move my fingers or my legs, haha. anyway, goodnight, sweet dreams, and have a great day tomorrow.=)
