My weekend- Stephen Lynch and Mitch Hedburg\Portland and the Motorcycle Diaries
this weekend was just what i needed after a long week of stress and dissapointment. it was really fun and exciting.
on friday, i went to see Stephen Lynch and Mitch Hedburg at the state theater with alaina, bailey, kendra j, caitlin p and uh chris? i think? stephen lynch was really funny. his songs are good and funny but apparently he used the same act he used last time. whatever, i couldnt care less as he was still good. mitch hedburg was very very funny though. his humour was so random and i loved it. i got his autograph on my ticket after the show. he was so drunk however that you cant tell anything he wrote except for "To John." it's chill.
on saturday, i fixed my car and did other manual labor shit around the house and then went up to portland with zack, kris, eric, and christian. we were supposed to see the movie, "The Motorcycle Diaries" at 7:00 but we ended up getting pizza. by the time we were done, it was too late to go to the movie at 7:00 and we had to wait til the 9:40 showing. we got ice cream at a little place called Cold Stone Creamery and it was delicious. then we hung around at some corner for over 2 hours. we did random shit and got mooned by some girl in a limo. we also met up with over 9 people from kennebunk while waiting around. no planning involved. it was really weird. they just kept comin'. anyways, eventually 9:40 rolled around and we went to see the movie. it was about che guevera's early life and it was really good. i heartily recommend a viewing.
anyways, this was a good weekend. good times all around.
