Kore wa owari desu ka...

I've been a member of LiveJournal for a little over three years now. I've experienced many hardships and many triumphs during these times and I was able to share them with the rest of the world. LJ gave me a chance to talk about serious topics and was almost like self-therapy. And I also talked about nothing...mostly the latter it seems ( Read more... )

Aww...first of all, I didn't mean for it to sound like I was pointing fingers or that this entry was aimed specifically towards anyone. Not that you took it that way...I just wanted to make that clear for everyone. ^^;

I'm extremely bad when it comes to commenting on other people's journals as well. But that definitely doesn't mean I don't read them, because I do. I just can't explain why I don't make my presence known more. It's quite the quandary.

And it's not like I can exist only on myspace or livejournal, only one or the other. I can definitely do those both. I made it sound like a much bigger deal than it really is. There really isn't any reason for me to leave my friends here for myspace. I'm just making myself available to another market (if I want to think of it in marketing terms). So the more places I am, the better! Yup yup...there ya go. ^^

Hmm...and I'll have to look into that OpenID thing. Although...I don't really know anyone that uses anything other than LJ/myspace/xanga.

And thanks! But it doesn't look like I'll be going anywhere. ^^;;

I know that, because I feel that way (like I've become disconnected from everyone else) sometimes too.

As for the OpenID thing, this was just posted right after I left my comment. xD

I think that confused me even more. @_@

And I haven't heard of any of those sites other than deadjournal. LOL! It will be interesting what becomes of this though. And I own http://www.livejournal.com/~jonny_kins ? Perhaps bad wording on their behalf. ^^;;;

I got to see some of the comments (before they all went to links) and people are already asking about myspace, xanga, and greatestjournal (just to name a few). So I'm guessing that if enough interest is expressed in those sites being a part of OpenID then it just might happen.

I know I own my link, permanently. :p
