Late day
Day ended up just as crazy as could be. Last night, still not recovered completely from the stomach virus, .y wife developed some kind of allergic reaction that broke out over her skin. She has spent about the last 20 hours on benadryl. Improving slowly.
Work was very busy. In the last 48 hours, two more class actions have been certified against my agency. I have full employment and certain insanity ahead of me.
Had to leave early with my dear wife feeling poorly and kids to take to a swim meet.
Meet ended up lasting past 9:30, and we were not home until after 10:30 with the traditional ribbon ceremony at McDonalds. My son swam well, scoring personal best times in free, back and breastroke.
Back home, I am taking tomorrow off to take the wife to see a medical professional, get the house in order and keep the kids from recreating "Lord of the Flies" in the basement.
The saying "I'll rest when I'm dead" comes to mind.
