Boring sunday afer day off
Well i spent yesterday not at the pool. I know a big shock i didnt go to the pool. I decided to go to the store instead. i bought season 9 of friends and my roomate and I stayed home and packed stuff to be mailed and watched friends. I laughed my ass off. I loved every min of it. i didnt see most of that season before so it was cool to watch it. I have not laughed that hard in a long time. You know when shit is funny when you laugh outloud when your alone. I cant remember the last time i laughed like this. It was good medicine.
I stopped in the gym on my way to the store and i weighed 183.5. I am so happy i weighed 200 when i got here and it keeps going down. I am now how i was several years ago. slimmer and sexy. i still need to loose 10lb of fat but my personal trainner and i are working on that. I re-imputed mystuff today and starting on my 3 day a week weight and 5 day cardio for when i get back home. get into the grove now so its easy when i return.
Well today has been slow. i shopped on the web and took a two hour lunch. i am getting short...26?? days??? something like that so i dont give a fuck anymore. we are in that heavy ass gear also today so i really dont care today.
