I just spent an hour on this call, the guy couldn't update, the first to error messages suggeted that his is security setting were set to high to access the site, so I fixxed that and started the download, a wapping 20 minutes later I remembered why I hate AOL, when the download fineshed I wouldn't update, I don't exactly why, but I'm pretty sure it had something to do with 5 different I'm llegal operation errors he got, So I erbooted his comp..........froze......reboot........3 error messages, Spool32 and I.E. both had illegal ops and then it froze...again, reboot.........had him rename the download file, then start the download again, I.E. tapped out half way throu, I put him on hold to cry for a couple minutes, I come back and everything is up and running, includeing the install
