In fact he always noticed how kind Jonghyun was, always smiling, helping and making everyone happy with his godly voice. "Jjong, you are staring again!" Jonghyun rolled his eyes as he heard Key's voice.
"Yes. Why ? Does it bother you?" he asked back.
Key shook his head as he followed Jonghyun's gaze, he was staring at particular bunny again. He sighed and said,"why don't you go and just talk to him? I mean come on Jjong, it's not like he will kill you. I don't know why you are even scared of that little bunny. Just go and ask him so you could get married with him already...."
Jonghyun's eyes widened as he heard that. "Married? What the hell are you talking about? I don't love him. I just want to know him, to be his friend. I mean have you seen him? He is so sweet and pure, but he is always lonely and always sad. I just want to be his friend, to be there for him, nothing else." Jonghyun finished as he stared longingly at Jinki.
Key shook his head and said,"Fine! Whatever! Just go and talk to him, I don't like it when you are gloomy. Otherwise I will lock you and that bunny in one of our classrooms. "
Jonghyun chuckled a little and said,"Yup! Just let me have a chance. I don't even have idea if he knows who I am. And by the way don't call him bunny! He has a name you know!"
Key smirked as he said,"Oh I know! What was the name again? Oh yeah, Onew!"
Jonghyun glared as he smacked Key on his arm,"Don't you dare to call him that! Only I could call him that. You should call him Jinki hyung! Nothing else, or I will kill you!"
Key giggled at Jonghyun's anger and got up as bell rang, dragging Jonghyun with him.

Jonghyun had always noticed the older man ever since he joined the school. He had noticed the way older was so kind to everyone. He had realised in his first week that the older was quite lonely and that he didn't have friends while Jonghyun was always crowded by people. He never found Jinki smiling till now. He had also found out that older was very clumsy, but it only made him more endearing in Jonghyun's eyes. He didn't know why, when or how but Jinki managed to stole a little place in his heart. He didn't know if it is love yet but he definately felt the urge to stay with older, to make him happy. He always did little things for older. Like he would always beat the crap out of the bullies who tried to lay their hands on Jinki, he made sure to leave chocolates in older boy's locker whenever he had a bad day, he was always there to help Jinki whenever he tripped, he was there in nurse office whenever Jinki was asleep from particularly bad fall to make sure he was resting, he always followed Jinki to his home without older noticing to make sure he was safe through the way. But still he didn't had the chance to actually talk with Jinki. He hoped it would come soon.

The first time Jinki talked to Jonghyun was when Jonghyun beat one bully in front of Jinki. Jinki being Jinki bumped into a boy and before he could apologise the boy punched him on his nose, making it bleed. Jinki was stunned and before the boy could punch him again, Jonghyun was there, beating the shit out of him. Jinki was standing there, looking wide eyed at two of them fighting, or rather Jonghyun beating the boy without mercy. Once Jonghyun was satisfied he threw the person on ground as he turned to find Jinki standing there, shocked and scared. He bit his lip as he saw how Jinki flinched badly when Jonghyn tried to step ahead. He gave Jinki a little smile as he assured him that he will never hurt Jinki. Jinki just stared at him for a while and after a while he mumbled,"Thanks Jonghyun!"
Jonghyun didn't know why but he felt like he was on the cloud nine when he returned home that night. He craddled his right hand which was bandaged by Jinki to his chest and smiled like a fool. He knows me! He knows my name. Lee freaking jinki knows my name! He chanted to himself as he slept with a huge smile on his face. That was how their friendship started...
After that day, Jonghyun invited Jinki to lunch so he could introduce him with his little friend circle. Key has been ecstatic when he saw Jinki on table with Jonghyun. When he saw how Jinki was fiddling with his shirt, he felt his motherly heart melting and he literally squeezed Jinki, making Jinki and jonghyun froze at place... Jinki with shock and Jonghyun with anger. How could Key just hug him? Even I hadn't been able to hug Jinki like that. At first Jinki was nervous but then he got comfortable. It didn't take long for Jinki to get to know everyone better. Key was umma of the group, caring and naggy... Minho was silent but very observing, protective of his friends... Taemin was just bubbly bundle of cuteness, always cheery and smiling... And then there was Jonghyun, his first friend ever. He still had a lot to learn about Jonghyun. After that their friendship got deeper. Without even knowing they got closer and closer. Jonghyun was very happy with the way things were now. Yes, he was definitely happy...

Even though Jonghyun thought that he knew Jinki but he was wrong. Jinki wasn't what he showed from outside. He was a lot of things. He was lovely, cheery, sometimes daring, sometimes naughty... And to be honest jonghyun loved the way Jinki only ever expressed him in front of Jonghyun. They spent alot time with each other. Jonghyun slowly made Jinki to come out of his shell. He made their friendship comfortable enough that Jinki now trusted him completely. Jinki was a great singer, the fact which only Jonghyun was aware of. It had been accidental, but when he first heard Jinki singing, he thought he never heard anyone singing that beautifully in his whole life. Jinki shared his dreams with Jonghyun and in return Jonghyun told him about his. Jonghyun didn't know why but he felt more and more attracted towards the older boy. He was so innocent, so pure and amazing that jonghyun always felt proud that he was able to have Jinki as his friend. The only thing Jonghyun wanted now was to hear Jinki laughing freely, which Jinki hadn't be doing...
The first time Jonghyun found Jinki smiling was when he tripped and fell down in front of Jinki. Without even realizing Jinki laughed his ass off in front of Jonghyun. And even though jonghyun wanted to mop around about tripping for the first time, he couldn't when he saw Jinki laughing so freely, without any fakeness this time. He froze as he saw the way Jinki's face was void of any worries, his pearly teeth showing off, the way his eyes crinkled in lovely half moons as his giggles rumbled through his chest. Jonghyun just couldn't stop staring and he felt something different in his chest. His heart skips a beat when Jinki's giggles died in little chuckles and soon enough his face broke in the loveliest smile, taking Jonghyun's breathe away.

The first time they hugged was also the first time Jinki cried in front of him. Jinki was so tired of keeping his thoughts bottled up that he broke down that night. Jinki was crying alone in the park near his house and no one was there to hold him. He was done being strong for everyone. He was done being brave. He just wanted to cry his heart out and Jonghyun just happened to call Jinki to say good night but instead he heard Jinki's sobs. Jonghyun hanged up after asking Jinki his whereabouts and within few minutes, Jonghyun was there. His heart shattered into million pieces and it stopped beating completely as he saw the way Jinki's face was covered in pain. His adorable eyes were red and swollen; his nose was pink due to crying hard. Jonghyun saw helplessly as fat tears rolled down his chubby cheeks and he wanted nothing other than to make Jinki stop crying. It broke his heart to see the older breaking down in front of him but he was glad that at least Jinki was letting it out. Jonghyun was surprised at first when Jinki hugged him hard as he cried on his chest. But he recovered quickly and held him close. He just sat there whispering sweet words of assurance to the older as he stroked his hairs while the other was busy weeping his heart out. After some time his sobs died down and he just hugged Jonghyun, not wanting to pull away. And as he mumbled a little 'Thank you' while wiping his eyes, jonghyun swore to himself that no one could have looked any more alluring with wet cheeks, red eyes and little pink nose than Jinki...

The first time Jonghyun was mad at Jinki was when he found the older man talking with Joon, their senior. Jonghyun knew there wasn't something wrong with Jinki talking with Joon, but he knew Joon was a good-looking boy and that was the reason why he didn't liked the fact that Jinki was smiling with Joon. He didn't know why but he felt like Joon was going to steal Jinki away from him. He was even more furious when Joon admitted to Jonghyun that he likes Jinki. And then when Jonghyun found Joon hugging Jinki outside their school gates, he was more than furious. He didn't know how it happened or what took over him but he just stomped his way towards Joon and pulled Jinki away before throwing a nicely aimed punch on Joon's perfect face. Joon was surprised at the sudden punch and once he regained his composure he went to hit Jonghyun back. Jinki on the other hand ran between them and pleaded to Joon to stop fighting. Joon took a glance at Jinki's worried face before reluctantly nodding and left.
Jinki was furious as he dragged Jonghyun away from school and in some park. Jonghyun knew that Jinki is going to scold him but he would rather have Jinki nagging him than Jinki smiling sweetly at Joon. Jinki asked him what was wrong and to be honest Jonghyun too didn't know why he did that. It wasn't like Jinki was his boyfriend, they were just friends. And Joon was a good boy, he would never hurt Jinki. But it didn't feel right. The thought of Jinki being lovey-dovey with someone else was purely sickening. He knew he couldn't tell that to Jinki so he just stayed silent. He knew how to make Jinki forgive him so that wasn't problem. He simply stared in chocolaty orbs of Jinki and apologized for his fault. He was serious about his apology and that was enough for Jinki to forgive his friend. It only took two chocolate ice-creams, two buckets of fried chicken and big teddy bear for Jonghyun to make Jinki talk to him but now Jonghyun had another problem. Jonghyun knew something was different about the way he felt towards Jinki now. He hadn't dated any girl ever since he found Jinki smiling. It was weird and strange but he just couldn't think about anything else than Jinki. Never in his life had he felt this strong urge to protect, to love and to care about someone the way he felt for Jinki. He knew he was going crazy for Jinki and that was the reason he started to distance himself from Jinki. He knew he was craving for something he shouldn't even think about... Jinki! He wasn't stupid. He knew that he was falling for Jinki. Who wouldn't really? Jinki was everything anyone would want to have. But Jonghyun knows that Jinki deserves better. Jonghyun was sure that Jinki never felt anything else than friendship with Jonghyun. Jonghyun knew he wasn't a very good person and he would definitely hurt Jinki. So he decided to burry those feelings deep down in his heart.
The first time Jonghyun avoided Jinki was when he was sure about his feelings. He was in love with Lee Jinki, the person he had adored so much in his life. It was all those little things he did that made Jonghyun's heart flutter. He wanted to avoid these feelings but at the same time he wanted to keep them secure. He wanted to keep loving, keep caring and keep protecting him. But on the other hand he was scared. What if Jinki didn't feel same? What if he hated him for his feelings? No! He would never want that. So he decided to avoid the older. He kept himself busy with his school’s work, he even joined soccer team just to avoid walking home with Jinki. He tried his best to avoid talking, meeting or even looking at Jinki. Well the keyword is 'Tried'. But of course he couldn't handle not seeing Jinki even for a day. But he kept taking care of other without other noticing. He felt like the way he felt before actually meeting Jinki. He was back to watching older from afar like his past days. But the only change was that now Jinki was trying hard to meet him while he was being coward to face the older.

Jinki noticed changes in Jonghyun's behavior. He noticed the way Jonghyun was distancing himself from him and it scared him. He didn't want to lose Jonghyun. Jonghyun was his first friend, his first pillar and his first love.... Along the way through their friendship, he found himself falling for the younger. He always tried to keep those feeling to himself not wanting Jonghyun to know them. But now the thought of loosing Jonghyun made him feel scared. He never wanted anything other than Jonghyun. Key knew something was up with his both friends. He already knew about Jonghyun's feelings for Jinki and Jinki too had the same feelings. But he knew how dumb both of them were and decide that he should definitely do something for them.
"Hey, are you crying? What happened? Are you hurt?" Jinki was snapped out of his thoughts when he heard key's voice.
"Huh? Nope. It's nothing. I just don't know what's happening with me. Don't worry. I'm alright." Jinki wiped his tears harshly.
Key stared hard at him and shook his head. These idiots! "You know what? I'm done with both of you. I can't stand your drama now!" Before Jinki could even think what's happening, he was being dragged towards somewhere.

After twenty minutes Jinki and Jonghyun were locked in one of the classrooms, thanks to Key. Jinki sighed as he saw Jonghyun banging on the door.
"It will not open Jonghyun!"
"I know! I just wanted to try..."
Jinki bit his lip nervously. He never looked in Jonghyun's eyes.
"Are you so pissed with me that you can't even stay with me in one room now?" He asked quietly.
Jonghyun's eyes widened at his voice. He felt his heart breaking at the sadness in Jinki's voice.
"N-no! Why would you think that Jinki?" Jonghyun would never be pissed about locking himself with Jinki in room. He was just scared to stay alone with the source of his affection. He didn't know how he would even stay with Jinki without jumping on him or molesting him.
Jinki looked up in Jonghyun's eyes and Jonghyun gulped. Jinki was crying. The eyes Jonghyun adored so much were decorated with fat tears.
"T-then why are you avoiding me? I thought we were friends. You told me that you are going to be my best friend. You told me that I will never be alone. But now you are avoiding me. Why would you do that? Did i do something bad?" Jinki sniffed badly as he tried to complete his sentences. Jonghyun felt his heart breaking into millions of pieces.
He remembered how he told Jinki about his life, his dreams, his feelings. He rememberd how they talked about their future together. He remembered promising Jinki about never leaving him. He remembered the happiness on jinki's face when he told him that Jinki was his best friend and that he will always be there for Jinki. And more he remembered the more miserable he felt. God! He never realised that he was hurting Jinki all along. He quickly rushed to Jinki's side and cradled him close to his chest mumbling apologies.
"I'm so so so sorry Jinki! I never realised I was hurting you this way. But I don't hate you! Heck, I will never ever Hate you. I can't! You are too much important Jinki! Please forgive me!"
Jinki hugged him tighter. "T-then why were you ignoring me? You never even flirted with me for past few days like you usually do." Jonghyun chuckled lightly.
"Yeah! But that's because you aren't made for flirting Jinx. You are made to be loved."
Jinki pulled away from hug. He searched for something in Jonghyun's eyes. His widened a little as Jonghyun leaned in to peck him on forehead.
"Wh-what are you doing?" He asked blushing furiously.
Jonghyun smirked as he saw colour rising to Jinki's chubby cheeks. God! I'm done. I can't control anymore... "You know what? Fuck it!"
Jinki was confused for a moment before he was suddenly shoved down on the floor as Jonghyun leaned all the way to capture Jinki's lips with his . Jinki froze at the spot trying to regain his ability to do anything. And soon enough Jonghyun was pulling away, still lying on top of Jinki.
"God! I'm so sorry Jinki. It's just that I like you. I li- no I love you Jinki. And I thought you don't feel the same with me. And that's why I was avoiding you. I just- It's just that you are so freaking amayzing that I can't control myself. right now I know I shouldn't have kissed you but you looked so freaking cute and adorable crying now that I just had to Kiss you. I mean I'm not saying that you should cry more but I just -- You look so freaking cute in everything you do that I just want to drag you all the way to my bedroom and ravish your innocence. Oh god! What I'm saying! I'm sorry. What I mean to say is that I love you. Yeah! That's it." Jonghyun ended his confession lamely.
Jinki was still frozen. Jonghyun loved him? And while Jonghyun was confessing or should he say rambling about everything, he felt his heart beating wildly in his chest. Jonghyun loved him! He squeeled in his mind. He then took a look at Jonghyun who was sitting further away from Jinki. His face burried in his hands. When did he even go there? He slowly made his way towards Jonghyun and placed his hand on Jonghyun's shoulder. Jonghyun looked up worriedly and stared at Jinki.
"Jinki I'm sorry!"
"It was my first kiss Jjonghyun---"
"I know Jinki. I'm really sorry."
"---And I'm glad it was with you."
"I said I'm- wait, what? Are you joking?"
Jinki smiled and shook his head. "Nah! I'm not joking. I'm dead serious. I love you to Jjong."
Jonghyun couldn't stop a goofy smile on his face as he pulled jinki on his lap, squeezing the life out of him.
"I love you too, Jinx. God! It's not dream, is it? Please tell me it's all real."
"Yeah Jjongie It's real. I love you. I was just scared to confess."
"I'm so happy Jinki! I love you! You are all mine now. My Onew!"
Jinki pulled away in confusion and frowned. "Who is Onew? I will kill you if you dare to tell me that you confessed to me for a joke or anything."
Jonghyun chuckled as Jinki crossed his arms on his chest, pouting.
"No. It's actually my nickname for you. I gave that name to you when I didn't even knew your name. I just thought It suits you. And I will never ever joke about something like this Jinki." Jonghyun said seriously and Jinki smiled.
"So will you be my boyfriend, Jinki?"
Jinki nodded as he pulled jonghyun in for a kiss. It was innocent at first but well, when Jonghyun was involved in something it would be anything but innocent. Jonghyun was craving to have jinki like this for so much time now, and he was definitely not going to lose this chance now. He pulled Jinki by his neck as he nibbled, sucked and kissed those lips. He should definitely get used to this, he thought. And then he shut his brain from further thinking as he concentrated on ravishing those sweet sweet lips belonging to his lover.... He was glad that he fell in love with Jinki. And he was definitely going to stay in love, forever....
