I've had to miss the last two meetings due to other commitments, but I'm looking forward to this month's
GSHW get-together at
East Brunswick Library (Saturday, July 9th).
I last saw our guest speaker,
Lawrence Connolly, back in 2008. He gave an interesting and most entertaining talk on building tension in writing. This time, he's doing a talk on multi-media writing.
The presentation will provide nuts-and-bolts information on techniques that writers can use when creating and promoting their work.
If you'd like to come along, I'd love to see you there. The group meeting starts at 11:00am. Lawrence starts his talk at noon. After the meeting, we'll all head off to the local diner for some nosh and a good chinwag.
