What were your blog’s most popular posts in 2010?

I keep a close eye on my blog statistics throughout the year. It’s useful to know how many visitors/page views each blog entry gets, and to see which type of posts work better than others.

Overall, I’m very happy with the way things went in my second year as a blogger.

A Year in Blogging: 2010
The Friday links list (last month’s ‘Best of 2010’ in particular) got consistently high visitor numbers, as did posts about blogging and the various Puddle Awards . Guest posts by other writers went down well too, though interviews proved less popular. I also noticed less traffic when I linked to a guest post/column/interview I’d done for another venue,

Here are my most viewed posts from 2010.
