Temptation - why wont you leave me alone?
Well, since summer started, i have done only a couple things. i went to the beach, played a show or two with my band, and hung out with Brittani every day.
On July 1st, i spent my last day with my baby for a month. It was one of the hardest things ever to see her drive away from me. The whole way home, i cried, and i still tear up every night. I miss her like crazy. I can only talk to her usually at night, and even then, its really late for me. When its 10 here, its only 7 there. So i usually have to wait till 12 here to call her, and we usually stay on the phone for at least 2 hours or so. Last night, i was up until 5 in the morning my time. Then my parents woke me up at 8 to do yardwork. yuck. Even so, i am glad that i get to talk to her at all. I am extremely grateful that she is in my life. Shes my best friend.
Since July started, and Brittani is now in Arizona, i have started to get to work on my car.
Last Sunday, i drove it up to my cousins house, and we started stripping all the moulding and trim, and started to sand it down. We ran into a ton of dents and holes from rust. The best was a dent that was previously pulled out usuing 93 pulling holes and puttied over with bondo that was about 1.5 inches thick. I have had to order a whole new fender too.
Other than those things, my summer has been going by quickly. Only 21 more days until i get to see Brittani's beautiful smiling face again! i cant wait.
