Decided to get an online account with a company I'd been doing business with offline for years. Filled out the online form, got an email saying my info was being processed and they'd mail me a temporary password the next day.
I thought, surely they mean email. Nope. Got my online password in the MAIL today. Really? Can't help but think someone is missing the point. Or possibly the century.
