shiiiiiiit.
I haven't updated this thing in two months, so I figure I might as well do a real entry just to catch up. I finally have a girlfriend. Sara and I have been dating for two months (this tuesday!), and honestly, I've never been happier in my entire life.
The last three months have pretty much been perfect for me. The reasons why will be listed in bulletted format:
-I have a beautiful and amazing girlfriend
-I've had a few solo gigs around the state (http://www.myspace.com/mattjonesmusic)
-I'm playing drums for my good friend Stephen MacDonald; we're recording his second album next month, and we're going on a short tour at the end of August (http://www.myspace.com/stephenmacdonaldmusic).
-Third Semester in a row with a 3.9 GPA. Fuckin' Yeah.
-Survived the year (happily!) in my apartment for the most part.
-Had what was probably the best year of my life so far; it also happened to have the darkest parts, but hey, remember what Harvey Dent said?
-Next year I'm living with Andy Martin in a completely over 21 wet apartment. First floor for easy moving, and wet for easy drinking. B-E-A-Utiful.
-I'm working two jobs this summer. This actually kind of sucks. Both jobs are in retail, and I'm only making $8.50 at each, but hey. I'll finally have actual money to waste on things instead of fake money.
Anyways. I'm around this summer, so if anyone from Medway is also around and wants to do something, you know where I'll be and how to get in touch with me.
