Okay, part two of the Morgana/Everyone picspam is here! This part has Morgana/Uther and Morgana/Gwen, plus extras (Morgana/Valiant, Morgana/Sophia with bonus Morgana/Arthur because I couldn't resist, and Morgana/Arthur/Merlin, because that's just how I roll. Morgana/Uther
Because it's so wrong and yet so right. This ship has so many angsty and kind of sinister possibilities, and there's so much we don't know about their relationship. I'm really interested to see if any more is revealed about them in the next series. I love the conflict between them, and the passion. Because it's there, oh yes. Plus, Tony and Katie have fantastic chemistry. It's a really interesting relationship to portray on a family show, so I'm really interested to see where it goes.
My favourite scene between the two of them has to be the graveside scene in To Kill a King. Angst and regret and guh! Hits you right in the gut. And then he says she's been a blessing to him...awww! And they hug and it's such a stunning moment, beautiful and emotional.
Yeah, these two are really special.
Morgana: I don't know how to tell you this.
Uther: Try. Whatever it is, you can tell me.
Morgana: *long pause* I've just seen girls like this before.
Morgana: What have these people done to you? Why are you so full of hate?
Uther: Enough! I will not hear another word! Do not speak to me until you are ready to apologise for what you've done.
Uther: If I discover that you were somehow involved in freeing this boy, the consequences will be extremely severe.
Morgana: My lord, you know I respect you too much to ever betray you like that.
Uther: I made a promise to your father that I would protect you. But if you cross me again, I will break that promise without a second thought.
I feel the need to interrupt this to say how bloody chillng the above scene is. So intense, and you really believe that he means what he says.
Morgana: You have blood on your hands, Uther Pendragon. Blood that will never wash off!
Uther: May I remind you that you're speaking to your king.
Morgana: May I remind you that a king is wise and just? You are neither. You rule only by the sword.
Uther: And you will remain here until you learn your lesson.
Morgana: The release me, because I have learned it already. That you care not for me, or anyone but yourself. That you are driven made with power. That you are a tyrant.
Uther: I cannot tell you how much it pains me to be at odds with you.
Morgana: And I with you.
Uther: I've been thinking about what you said, and er...I realise...I may have been insensitive. I should have forseen the distress that your maid's loss would cause you - that it would stir old memories. I've opened an old wound. For that, I'm sorry.
Morgana: My lord, it gladdens my heart to hear these words. I too wish to heal these wounds. Let us visit my father's grave together and put the past behind us.
Uther: Nothing would give me greater happiness.
Morgana: I only knew I loved him and he was taken from me.
Uther: When he died and I took you into my care, you fought me from the beginning. Your will is as strong as my own. You challenge me as a friend must - as your father did in his time.
Morgana: Are you saying you were wrong to have Tom killed?
Uther: Yes.
Uther: You are the daughter I never had.
Morgana/Gwen
Because they totally adore each other. The looks, the touches, guh! They're just so natural with each other, more like best friends than mistress and maid. I love the way Morgana's always so passionate about Gwen and standing up for her. She's prepared to suffer for Gwen, to stand up to Uther properly, and understands Gwen's compassion. They both have a lot of compassion, especially for each other.
I love that by the last episode, they must be sleeping in the same room (or very close together at least), because after Morgana wakes from her nightmare, Gwen is right with her in seconds. I adore that moment between them, it's so intimate. I like to think that loneliness and Morgana's more frequent nightmares have required Gwen to stay in Morgana's rooms during the nights. That lends itself nicely to all kinds of lovely hurt/comfort scenarios =D
Morgana: You look happy.
Gwen: I picked these for you.
Morgana: Oh, that's so sweet!
Gwen: Something to cheer you up, I know you're not sleeping well.
Morgana: Aw, you cheer me up.
Morgana: I know Gwen. She's my maidservant, not an enchantress.
Morgana: You should be with him. I'll manage. I know what he means to you. Go.
Gwen: Thank you.
Morgana: Gwen? Guinevere?
Morgana: Who are they from?
Gwen: I don't know...maybe Arthur?
Morgana: How disappointing.
Gwen: You should speak to the king.
Morgana: And tell him what? That I can see the future?
Gwen: If you think Arthur's life is in danger...
Morgana: You know how he'd react.
Gwen: You're his ward, he wouldn't harm you.
Morgana: He hates magic more than he cares for me.
Gwen: That's not true.
Morgana: Would you care to put it to the test?
Morgana: Thank you. What is it? What's wrong?
Gwen: You're risking so much for this boy. You don't know anything about him. You don't even know his name.
Morgana: There's a bond between us.
Morgana: There's no way they're going to be able to hold Kanen off.
Gwen: Men aren't the only ones who can fight.
Gwen: We think the women should be allowed to fight.
Gwen: We don't stand a chance.
Morgana: Arthur can't see that. He's too stubborn.
Gwen: Why do you think he came here?
Morgana: The same reason we did. Merlin. Arthur may act like he doesn't care, but..he wouldn't be here if he didn't.
Gwen: What happened to you?
Morgana: Nothing. Well, nothing a hot bath wouldn't fix. I spent the night in the dungeon.
Gwen: Uther.
Morgana: He doesn't like to be challenged.
Gwen: It wasn't about my father was it?
Morgana: You have enough to deal with without worrying about such things.
Gwen: You shouldn't have done that. Not on my behalf. If anything happened to you I couldn't bear it.
Morgana: It's understandable...to feel so alone.
Gwen: It's me! It's Gwen! Stop it. It was just another dream.
Morgana: It was terrifying.

Because she fancies the pants armour off him. And Arthur is sooo jealous :p no matter what he says.
Valiant: I understand the tournament champion has the honour of escorting my lady to the feast.
Morgana: That's correct.
Valiant: Then I will give everything to win the tournament.
Morgana: Not jealous, are you?
Arthur: I don't see there's anything to be jealous of.
Morgana/Sophia
Because meeeoow! I love the way Morgana totally orders Sophia to back the hell away from Arthur. Battle of the bitches, for srs. Morgana's all 'Jeez, bitch, get away from Arthur or I will waste you!' :p I bet she could as well. Grrr! And Morgana's face when Sophia asks if Arthur knows how she feels about him - she's in lurve!
Morgana: You're lying. I know what you're going to do to him and I won't let it happen.
Sophia: Does Arthur know you feel this way about him? Of course he does. I suspect he's already turned you down.
Morgana: Don't think you can make a fool out of me.
Sophia: I won't have to. You're managing to do that well enough already.
Morgana: Stay away from him!
Sophia: Or what? Jealousy is such an unattractive trait in a woman.
Morgana: If anything happens to Arthur...I'll find you. However long it takes.

Because they are so my Merlin one true threesome. I think they make a super awesome team, especially in the caves in The Mark of Nimueh.
Arthur: You should stay here.
Morgana: I'm coming with you.
