I'm starting to think it's really funny that north jersey is turning into a spread out city of it's own right. Whenever your look at lists of cities it's always like Philadelphia, LA, Boise, New York, Detroit and oh yeah North Jersey. Other things that are humorous about this is stores that are normally only located in cities pop up in our malls. Like American apparel, the store that I have an abusive relationship with. This is because whenever I go in I feel like the sales people think I should not be there, but I still go in anyhow and feel terrible afterwards. the biggest question that I have about this is their shopping bags list all of the cities in which they are located, will these bags soon say Paramus? That would be really very funny I think because Paramus is like a suburban waste land and not worthy of being listed with Berlin, Paris, and Ann Arbor. And now they are opening an urban outfitters in Paramus, I am way too excited because I have been obsessed with that store ever since I was like 12 and found out it existed in Ann Arbor. Oh my capitalist ways will do me in
and now for some pictures of central park and Philadelphia and some random pictures from my last day at school and a hike
this is the view of my dorms from a hike
this is the day I left school and the area around my dorm
my first mission to the top of central park which is a little more than 50 blocks walking strait up, I walked it up and down starting from times square 40th street to 109th and then down to 53rd and park.
this is just columbus circle
sheep meadow
the lake with the boat house on it
the boat lake again
these turtles really like ze sun
the park getting close to the top, very hilly
Harlem tarn I think is it's name, you can see the end of the park from here
central park conservatory, a little known secret(or so I think) at the top of the park, very beautiful
the reservoir again on the way down
the metropolitan museum of art
Philadelphia, which kind of reminds me of France(or what I think it'd look like at least)
Philadelphia had this weird land of huge game pieces

Philadelphia is a baby of city, of course compared with New York. You could see the whole thing in a day if that was your goal.
and then the second trip to central park to show adam what I found
