SO. Lost my car keys. Turns out I left them in the action tank and someone was nice enough to put them in the cup holder for me, but I was too dumb to think to check in the cupholder, so I was on my hands and knees under the seats XD
But anyway yeah, lost them found them, if you missed it it was tense and exciting and there was confetti, llamas and a gunfight involved. Sorry.

Little hard to type -- I jammed my finger playing basketball with some middle schoolers at the Young Heroes retreat over the weekend and never iced it. Alicia said in the first 24 hours is when that makes a difference, soooo I'm not sure what to do about it right now. Suggestions?
Still trying to find a llama for my lesson on South America on Thursday. Heifer International has a ranch out here with llamas and alpacas, but I finally got in touch with them (their computer wasn't working, the guy was this adorable, young-sounding country boy) and their llamas are apparently not very people-friendly. Anxious llamas. Tch. So I'm trying to get in touch with a local petting zoo to see if they can do a last-minute thing.
Young Writers Open Mic Night was last night and it was AWESOME. Pictures and detailed stories and stuff soon. Right now I have a little less than ten minutes before I start my tutoring rounds for the day...yaaaaay kindergarten! Hee. Missed them yesterday doing Teacher Appreciation and YW Open Mic Night prep. *hugs them*
Btw, Rei hacked my devart account, and while I was a little '...mrr...' about her posting to my journal I actually think it was kind of cute that she did it to update our avatars, since we usually have matching ones -- and usually of Forest and Simon, hm... -- but it's kind of funny to see others' reactions. And...a little sad :D;; *told one guy to chill out a little... *
I'm going to have to make some icons eventually.
