i've decided that i have far too much free time and i don't do nearly enough physically. i'm not really one for sports teams and i procrastinate way too much about going to the gym, so i've decided to make a schedule for myself that fits in with my work/class schedule. so here it is
weights:
monday: chest/back
tuesday: shoulders
wed: off (i go from 9:30 in the morning till 8:00 at night with class and work no time for gym)
thursday: biceps/triceps
friday: off (another super busy day class wise)
sat: legs
sun: off
cardio stuff:
mon: off
tues: off
wed: off
thursday: 15 min treadmill, 15 min elliptical machine
friday: off
sat: 15 min bike, 15 min row machine
sun: 30 min walk/job probably around monuments
i figured that since i have the beginning of the week primarily dedicated to weight training that i would put the cardio more towards the end of the week. plus you do some cardio to warm up and cool down for weights too so no worries, i'm not skimping. (bleah orange juice down the wrong tube).
here's hoping i stay motivated.
