College life
Okay, so my friend and I moved into our dorm room yesterday, and it's fun. But it's had it's downfalls so far:
1) The showers are creepy. They're kinda like locker room showers, you're only separated by the stall door. There is only one drain, but four showers. So my soap subs could end up in other persons shower stall. It's disgusting. And there is no where to change before or after you shower. Blah.
2) Everyone has a student i.d. And I lost mine today. I had picked up my books from the bookstore, and halfway back to our dorm hall, I realized it wasn't on my lanyard anymore. So, I had to retrace my steps all the way back to the store. No one had seen it. So I had to order a new one, $20. I'm so glad I have a debt card with over $300. So know, I cannot get into my dorm hall with the new card, until I talk to another person tomorrow, but I can get food with it. *shrugs*
3) The buildings my classes are in are close together, expect for one. But, those buildings are literally on the opposite side of the campus from my dorm hall. And where the campus eating area is, is the half way mark of my trip to Narnia for classes.
4) My feet fucking hurt from walking everywhere. Students are not allowed to drive to classes.
