feelin strong and lookin good
i've been on antibiotics for this sinus infection for 5 days now. only 5 to go. today i woke up feeling great for the first time in nearly a month. i havent had a drink in nearly two weeks. i've been holed up in my house, bound to rid myself once and for all of this nasty affliction and i think i might just do so. i've had this perpetual sinus infection for nearly two years according to the docs. i'd suffer severe headaches, get dizzy, lose my equilibrium, vomit...i had refused to see a doctor. but here's to hoping 150 bucks in medication pays off.
AND!!! completely out of left field. i get a call around an hour ago from my insurance company asking about the wreck i was in nearly 5 months ago. they asked if i'd suffered any trauma. i said, i hadn't. the woman on the other end laughs and says, "the reason i ask is we WANT to award you 1000 dollars for any trauma you may have suffered." i seriously said, "i'd like to say yes, but i really never suffered any trauma." she insists like once more and i'm like...you know what, everyone wants something for free. everyone dreams of getting as much for as little as possible, so why can't i? and i did. i'm now a grand richer for having some woman run a stop sign. ain't life grand?!?!
