What use is a Kol Korei (proclamation) without publicity?

That's Rabbinic writing style. They even mix in Yiddish sometimes. Also, the kid is 15. Read some contemporary teshuvot, e.g. R' Hershel Schachter, they all write like that, full of idiom and Hebrew/Aramaic mixes.
