Last week saw the publication of the US edition. Doubleday have printed enough copies of the hardback to build a reasonably sized fort, so should you always have wanted a fort, dash out now and buy many, many copies. By my calculations, you can build a smallish one that should baffle an assault by anything up to the size of, say, a hedgehog, with 204 copies. I would suggest, however, that if you want something decently Alamo-ish in scale, you should try and buy up 16-19,000.

(And to think I didn't believe I had any abilities as a salesman. This should safely see it into a second printing. Gosh, but I'm brilliant.)
