possible new job?
so, i saw a job posting on craigslist over the weekend for a digital imaging assistant for a stock photographer. i decided to dust off the ole' resume and write up a fresh cover letter to send to them, even though the pay sucked for what they'll probably want. i really could use a career change though... and something like this could spring board to better things down the road.
anyway... i got a reply back today saying the response to the ad was overwhelming, but i was selected from a "small" group of which they would like to a see a few samples. so, i've spent the last couple hours collecting my shit together, and i've come up with this:

i guess based on these they'll narrow it down to four individuals to interview. i'm still a ways off, but i really, really hope i get this job. i need a change of scenery right now like a hooker needs a doctors visit. i really think i can sink it as long as i get in for an interview. anyways, that's all i have for now. send some positive vibes out for me! drinks for everyone if i can score it.
(side note: new depeche mode is great, and this richie hawtin CD is insane!!)
