I just talked with Daniel (Jackson) and we have a problem.
I noticed a tattoo on Rayner's neck the other day and while I recognized the script, I couldn't translate it. Sent it to Daniel and that's where we have a problem. He says the tattoo identifies Rayner as a Consort of Ba'al. The Goa'uld. Daniel said that Rayner pushed to get send here; that someone, somewhere, HAD to have pulled strings to get him sent cause Daniel and General Landry fought it tooth and nail.
Daniel's trying to get the powers over there to let him come over. Could you help me in pushing it? We need Daniel right now; not just because he's our expert in Goa'uld, but because he has experience with Ba'al and Rayner.
We don't think that Rayner is a Goa'uld--the chances are pretty remote--but he's likely gathering intel for a Goa'uld: Ba'al. And according to reports, Ba'al is now in charge of the Trust. Not good.
We don't want to tip him off yet, but we need to be alert. And get Daniel here, like yesterday.
Dammit, can't I go anywhere without there being snakes?
