howdy!
damn it's hot these days. :-(
- ...those ZHUHAI summer days!!
i've been staying indoors mostly, except some nights when i go out and party with friends. then naturally, one feel's even worse: hungover in this wretched humidity/heat cesspool!!!! :-(
i still have yet to decide what i'm doing this summer. THAILAND is still in mind for later this month. also, our school (UIC) is offering a "free" trip to foreign staff later next month, the first to the World Expo in SHANGHAI and the second to JAPAN! it has something to do with a local bank, their wealthy clients, and the need to invite foreign educators along for "show" and "face." that's all it is (i think/hope). whatever the case, i went ahead and signed on - i'm keeping my fingers (and toes) crossed.

later this evening at 6, i'm heading to NATHALIE and LAMONT's for a potluck (...still have no clue what to bring) and a marathon of Rupaul's DragRace Season 2:
- if you haven't seen it...you should. it's definitely an "Extravaganza, Eleganza!!!!" Season 1 rocked...but Season 2 is so much more visual and insanely thrilling! :-D i have to say i'm an addict.
- "Gentlemen, start your engines, and may the best woman win!!!!!!"
- all contestants are to exhibit "Charisma, Uniqueness, Nerve, and Talent (C.U.N.T)!!" :-D
