have dr appt tomorrow to follow up on arm. will wait and see.
my chiropracter is putting in a new office/building and has been into work a couple of times since i did this to my arm. he's unofficially looked at it twice now, and his comment was 'a case of tennis elbow gone horribly wrong'. eh.
have been doing as i've been told, and keeping it wrapped (but haven't been using the sling) and have done my best to not use my right arm (which is almost impossible as i'm right handed). Its feeling better. however, still does twinge/remind me that its damaged if i move it in the 'wrong' way.
work. well its work. have applied for the management training program. will haveta wait and see where/if that goes anywhere. its an 8 week class that requires me to travel once a week for training. would definitely be a good career move if i get accepted. haveta wait and see.
have plants waiting patiently waiting to get put into the garden.
have seeds waiting to be sown.
have a lawn that getting close to knee high.
have a project for the potter that needs to be worked on.
really need to be able to use my arm....
