I probably missed posting some things but nothing major.  I picked up some extra hours at work and Finally cleared off my patio.  I offered George $20 to help bag and clean.  He's coming back next weekend hopefully to haul away the larger items like the metal frame work from the old hammock swing.  He recycles metal so he seemed happy to help.  I ( Read more... )

Today is cloudy and it's getting a little colder here now.  Right now I am eating breakfast with tea and in an hour G is coming to fix the plumbing in the house.  I have a kitchen sink that drips and a toilet that leaks and a bathroom sink that won't drain.  The shower somewhere leaks whenever it is used and drips down into the garage.  That last ( Read more... )

So this past weekend I spent most of it in bed sick.  Not to be crude but I didn't know the body could produce that much fluid from the nose.  I was congested and had a runny nose and sore throat.  Once I even sneezed and coughed at the exact same time.  After a bit of shock I realized it was not pleasant ( Read more... )

So G came today and is coming back at 2 with his son to tear out the new carpet in the living room and replace it with a darker cream carpet.  This way there should be enough for the the whole downstairs to match.  The lighter cream will go up into my bedroom.  So now I have to get ALL the furniture back out of the house.  Good thing I didn't put ( Read more... )
