ten bean soup!
i soaked beans over night to make soup today. it's a ten-bean blend. there's parsnip, tomato, carrots, sage and red onion in it. it smells amazing.
i just got back sunday nigth from the rubber band ranch. rbr for short. i saw my aunt elaine and my uncle michael, (my middle name is michael, i named myself after him) for the first time in 12 years. curt and his girlfriend kris were there as were rulan and his girlfriend jessica. grandma too. i had ana amazing time.
i got to drive a tractor, experience unconditional love and eat until my belly was full. we smoked a ham over a turkey so the turkey basted in the ham drippings. everything was to die for. rbr is fucking awesome. 55 acres of wooded land. i got to hike and relax for four days. i heard so many different kinds of birds and listened to coyotes sing at night time. i saw stars. i played with dogs.
