Conference time again
It's that time of year again for the Windows/Microsoft conferences that I go to - and a bit of a bummer on both:
Windows in Higher Education conference 2011. This is one that staff from several universities and Microsoft jointly put together so that we can go to Redmond and drag technical people out of their offices to talk to us. On the plus side, excited about how it is shaping up this year. On the minus side, it conflicts with my daughter's school performance
This year (I guess it's about every 3 years) I am going to Microsoft Tech-Ed North America 2011. Microsoft through and through, but a lot of technical presentations in both the sysadmin and developer topics. Atlanta,GA this year. Bummer part is that it conflicts with open house at school.
