And now for a nearly wrongness free entry brought to you by someone far far away.

Remember back on the 21st April I said about using the controllers to do sword and shield in reponse to what you said about swordplay?

http://wii.nintendo.com/controller.html says "Connect the Nunchuk controller to the Wii Remote ... They're your sword and shield to defend Hyrule in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess." Finally, directional blocking without trusting just a generic block button. Mebbe. If we are really lucky it will effect how the enemies' strikes fall off too, nothing like seeing them struggling to pull their sword or whatever out of the ground or a tree trunk.

Although I think a lot of the motion controlled stuff should be optional rather than mandatory - people may not want to be swinging around in the air to play tennis. Undignified and tiring etc. And it just wont be the same without a solid thing to hit the racket on, leading to overswing. This perhaps is covered up by the "break down the walls" heading on the Philosopy page.

Also not only does the controller rumble it can apparently make sounds too (at the start I did say *nearly* wrongness free...)
