I see the world through words.
Everyday, with every single thing I say or think, I see words and letters flash across some sort of invisible blackboard in my head.
I see a beautiful moment and I start to take the words I know and try to form phrases and sentences that convey the experience completely ... In the Great Word Processor in my head, I place commas and correct grammer before I commit this thing to memory, perfecting it.
Words have been all I've thought about since I was old enough to understand them, and that has felt like forever.
I see the world through words, and now I'd like to see it from a different view. To stop thinking about words all the time, to stop attempting to piece together vocabulary in a coherent and understandable way onto the back of reciepts and napkins. To see the world through something else.
Just for a little while.
