Did a prompt for the CM kink meme and I check it way too often, and wonder how I could go about begging someone to write it for me without a) outing myself and my true warped colors and b) without humiliating myself in some other fashion. I would offer scads of money, but there is a fundamental problem with that. I bet you all can imagine what that is. ($$$)
Also. finishing revisions TODAY dammit. I love my editor, I truly do, but she must have been really rushed when she sent me notes as they are confusing, not terribly on the mark and they don't sound like her. So I had to reinterpret her notes, which took too long. I'm hoping to get the revisions in so late in the process that there won't be time for yet more. Because I like the book, and I think readers will like the book. It's a little light romantic comedy with snappy dialog and pretty damn hot sex (even if I do say so myself). What's not to like?
