An Update for anyone interested
It has been al little while since I last did a proper update in my journal:
I couldn't sleep last night - I'm having a little trouble at work - I hear customers say things like 'you're ripping me off' and I can help but take it personally and it affects the way I deal with calls - I don't do things I would if the customer had been nice, like remembering to go thru a bill properly .. if they were at least reasonable.. I think my new manager is really concerned and that bothers me more than anything else.. i like my job in general, but... i have GOT to learn not to take these calls to heart...
