devestatingly yet charmingly so.
if you add my actual age 16 to my percieved age 12 and divide the sum by my favorite number 63 then i am somewhere around 0.4 years old. when you are 0.4 years old there is practicaly nothing you can do that is legal, except start garage bands and that should be illegal unless of course your chief instrument is a hand made guiness pipe, then you have creative license.
