Well, I finally done it, I'm actually going to be doing some paid/published comic writing!
Huzzah!
but I come back to this question
SHould I use my own name? Lots of people are know for a pen name, Chris Golden, Stan Lee, Jack Kirby. and my name is wholely generic, also there is a J. Campbell in comics as an artist.
But, I have a lot of pride in my name. I don't know why, but after suffering years of soup and toilet based humour, I've grown attached to my name.
Also, I start a radio internship soon, and I know I won't be using my real name there, because they already have a JC and a Johnny C.
I was thinking of taking on the radio name of "Goody" after I heard someone use the horrible pickup line "Is your last name Campbell? Because you look, Mmm, Mmm, Good."
Plus it sounds shlocky enough.
What do you, my throng of fans (ie. wife and a couple friends), think?
