thanks, I find documenting the really weird ones help. though I should write them ALL down. I'd fill a notebook in a week. My main goal is lucid dreaming, i've been reading that certain foods can effect the outcome of your dreams. none in specific, but certain foods when broken down release serotonin and that (from what I've been reading) is what causes really vivid dreams (actually LSD and other hallucinogenic drugs greatly increase your serotonin output, causing you to trip.) So I think im gonna start researching foods. I know turkey is one, the tryptophan breaks down into serotonin during REM sleep.

I've been having alot of weird dreams too. Does keeping a journal help? Can you piece together your dreams and figure them out?
