I need help
Im trying to do this stuff on my own but i dont have the time for reading etc..
everytime I ask someone for help they give me some stupid link filled with reading and stuff I just dont have the time to get ryte now
I want a scroll bar in my lj in the middle u know like two scroll bars u must move between entries like

but I want a different kind of design at the top and also I want basically black and dark colors which I want to choose what is the basic type of code to do this
