Holiday in Germany
we decided to take a few days of, book a hotel near Zutphen to go and visit my mother in law and have some holiday feeling ( it is spring-break here) all in once. We wanted to go abroad for " the real feeling of being away" .
we went to Rheinresidenz Wesel just across the border in Germany, near big cities like Dusseldorf, Koln.
I even asked dragonfly which city i had to visit.... so fully prepared on anything, but........ the flue..
Wonderful hotel, nice beds, great food, high fever, red nose, coughing, coughing,coughing.....
I tried to have a bit of fun while visiting some interesting small towns in the neighborhood, but basically was glad to be in bed at 3 in the afternoon so i was "fit" enough to go to the restaurant to eat.
i did make a few pictures, I try and upload them asap.
after two days my spouse got it too,of course, that was the sign, we packed our bags and came home.
All in all it was a very expensive way to have the flue......LOL
