My lovely new possessions, plus tattoo
So, a bit of time ago I commissioned one of my LJ friends, the lovely and funny and quirky sinjah to crochet me a pair of fingerless gloves, because she had just bought this awesome-looking yarn. And today they got here.
Needless to say, they are AWESOMELY BEAUTIFUL and I LOVE THEM!!! They are so pretty, and such a perfect fit, which let me tell you is amazing of her as she had to guess the size of my hands. The crocheting itself is just plain beautiful - and she included a little bracelet and a flower-broach-thingie which is just the cutest thing ever. Getting them in the mail-box today has made me ridiculously happy and made my whole week, basically - I can't stop staring at them and putting them on to look at how pretty my hands look in them! :P
In other news, I had my new tattoo done on Sunday, YAY!! Even though it hurt the worst than my other tattoos (who knew that the skin on the inside of the calf is so bloody sensitive?), it's so pretty, I just love it!! I won't post a pic of it though until it heals, because right now it's in the process of scabbing and it looks ugh.
