this is where the time goes in an ordinary town

Hey, you guys--my entire friends list on myspace was deleted a few weeks back, and I can't remember who all was on it, so please add me if you want. Or even if you never had me on your list, you can add me as well.

my profile

Tomorrow, John and I are going to Ocala to conduct some business, then we're going to hike in the Ocala National Forest, weather permitting. We got a back up plan, the library, because we've got to stay in Ocala all day and may even stay the night until the business-we-are-conducting is finished. Quelle mysterious, non?

Yesterday, John and I were going to the natural foods store/cafe and took separate cars so I could leave straight for Palmetto after lunch. He didn't realize that, after having gone there a bazillion times and it only being 2 miles away, I did not know the way. I was positive it was on Fourth Street, and drove back and forth on goddamn Fourth Street until it had to have been half an hour after John arrived at the store. I started having a panic attack, hyperventilating, shaking and crying, and of course, that cocktail of craziness results in erratic driving. When I finally found the store (on NINTH Street), I found John who was getting some groceries...he looked surprised to see me and said he thought I just went home...then he noticed my red face and eyes and asked what was wrong and I just burst into tears right in the middle of Rollin' Oats. So instead of going home, I drove back to his place while he went to his parents', and chilled and napped and played Mario Super Tennis. I haven't had a panic attack in a while, since before I moved I think.

Cupcake is on the lam--I keep her in my bedroom and on the open-air balcony because my aunt has dogs. She started jumping from the balcony to the lower roof and running around up there, which was fine with everyone and cute. But I guess last night or whenever, she jumped down and I finally found her, exploring under the house (lots of cool stuff under there cos the house is 95 years old). She seemed so happy that I put some food and water out for her and decided that during the day she can play outside and then I'll bring her in at night to cuddle.

By the way, Cupcake is my cat.

And now, more Mario Super Tennis, because I am determined to win a tournament. Plus it's just dang cute.
