First of all, I just have to say THANK THE LORD SARAH PALIN IS NOT VP.  I DON'T EVEN CARE ABOUT MCCAIN, I'M JUST GLAD IT'S GOING TO BE AT LEAST FOUR YEARS UNTIL WE HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT HER BEING IN CHARGE.

Also, why do people hate Barack Obama so much?  He seems like a nice guy... I certainly don't think he's going to destroy the world.... I don't

I see your point. I think I heard something about a clause that prevented (or whatever) parents from harming their kid, and gave the kid the option of telling an alternate adult... I don't know, 'cause I don't live in California. And yeah, I guess "willy-nilly" was a silly (heheheh) choice of words, because they are expensive and scary - what I really meant was allowing fourteen year olds (anyone, really, but especially the young ones) to get abortions as a method of birth control because they probably don't grasp how painful and dangerous it could be. I know a lot of them would be struggling with the ethical point of view, but a lot of kids would probably just be like "ah, I got pregnant, I can get an abortion" and if they have the money, they can just do it. I feel like that would be a bad thing.

Although, I do see your point and agree that it would have been a step toward outlawing it, and I don't want that. I guess no would have been the better vote, now that you have pointed these things out. May I retract my statement? :D I was really upset about Prop 8, and Prop 4 just kind of got tangled up in there. ^_^

I appreciate your opinion, and thanks for providing me with this learning experience. XD
