My plan:
- Take multivitamins with Magnesium, Vitamin D and Vitamin B12.
- Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains and nuts.
- Breathe and sit up straighter.
- 30 minutes of exercise daily for revitalization.
- Eat a balanced breakfeast.

Hot-cold Hydrotherapy- After showering, turn the knob to as cold as you can stand it for 30 seconds, switch back to warm, and end on cold. Repeat 2-3x.
