And they have taken the "Lulu Press" down, apparently, from Amazon. (Nope, I checked. Still there, apparently. But I expect there will be a deluge of irate self-publishers wanting to opt-out).
Someone actually said it and said it well indeed. The Lulu staff are acting like a bunch of computer geeks with kewl/cool toys. Not.
Honestly, this whole self-publishing is ridiculous.
