More adventures in baking
Not that I'm complaining, but how on earth did my chocolate chocolate chunk cookies turn out fluffy, like cakes or muffins, instead of crunchy or chewy like other cookies? Anyone know enough about the chemistry of baking to explain this phenomenon?
