First of all, I yelled "Yes!" out loud when I saw that you posted a new fic.

Second, I remember that moment from Nerd HQ, it's what I found the most memorable from that entire panel. The way Jared, being Jared, just opens up in front of that hall of people, and that look Jensen gives him, the look they share before they laugh it off as a joke with the fake sniffing etc.

As is usual for your fics, there's such a strong atmosphere, such palpable tension... I always read your stories with bated breath. And this one was just perfect. You have a gift of handling delicate, touchy subjects incredibly well, and in a way that is very relatable, at least to me. And the way you write Jared and Jensen... I don't know, I guess it's because we seem to see them very similarly, but I think your version of J2 might just be my favorite non-AU J2 in the fandom.

Ah, I never know what to say at these kind of compliments... Just thank you, honestly. It's reactions like this that make me want to try and write more. I guess we'll see. ;)

Ahhhh, lovely. I love your version of Jared and Jensen, tin hatting aside, I think it's so them. So loyal, so vulnerable, knowing each other so very well.

Maybe it's strange to say, but I really feel like they write themselves. Just looking at a photo or - even more - a gif of them, you get ideas for various stories. Because it's all already there. There's friendship, there's true love (of whatever kind), there's loyalty, protectiveness, humor... They're already like a perfectly written novel.
